Our website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to layout, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the content uploaded by the customer directly or indirectly contains any of the following:
Payments
Your order will be paid for in full when placing the order, we accept payments online via Credit Card, Debit Card, American Express, we also accept BACS payments.
We ask that you check your order & PDF proof carefully before authorising a payment, once payment has been received you will not be able to cancel your order
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail, we aim to process your order within 24 hours, when placing your order you will be given an approximate delivery date, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays unless specifically requested. You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient & contact phone number. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. Please note that we cannot deliver your order to a PO address.
If your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carrier. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. Please see our Returns policy below for further details.
Returns & Refunds
For orders delivered to a UK address that are faulty please contact our customer services within 14 days after receiving your goods where we will offer to re-print at our expense or offer you a full refund, refunds will only be re-imbursed once we have received your faulty goods.
Liability & Indemnity
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our agents or employees. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking these Terms and Conditions is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased neither we or any of our agents, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
